I have been working with Kelly for 5 months and I have already seen results! I have achieved a 5k and 10K PR at the age of 38 even though I have been running in road races since I was 23. She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to put training physiology into layman’s terms. She is a wealth of information about training plans, triathlon equipment and nutrition. I know that she will be honest with me whether it is something that I want to hear or not.
I have been participating in triathlons since the summer of 2004. I have completed 3 Ironman races, 4 Half Ironman races, and a number of Olympic and Sprint triathlons. My goal at this point is to see how fast I can complete an IM race and I have confidence that, if I follow my individual training plan and execute on race day as Kelly recommends, I will see a PR at Ironman Mont-Tremblant!
